Firstly, WHAT is Foundation Training? That is an excellent question, and I’m excited to explain further. In short, it is a movement therapy that has changed the way my body moves, functions, heals, to the point where it is now an integral aspect of the way I practice Chiropractic. It is so profound, I can’t possibly keep it quiet, and feel compelled to share it with as many people as I can.

By implementing these postures with not only myself, but my clients, I have seen chronic injuries heal better and faster, allow clients to return to activities they thought they would never be able to do again, or seek out adventures they never thought they could.
