The philosophy of Hippocrates, let food be thy medicine, lead to one of my groundbreaking milestones. For instance: The creation of the Eat for your Condition Cookbook Series allows people to take control of their health by the foods they choose. Through the cookbooks I have created, Eat for your Gut and Eat for your Thyroid- I am in this to make a difference. The cookbook series aims to set the standard of how people use food to nourish their bodies, take control of their symptoms, and take their health back.
I’m a born and raised Jersey girl that has visited most corners of the world. I grew up with Macaroni and “Gravy” every Sunday, that is tomato sauce for those of you not familiar. I give my Italian roots much thanks for my skills in the kitchen. I am an explorer but reside (most of the time) at the beaches of New Jersey. I’m an obsessive learner who spends time reading, writing, producing and hosting Integrative Wellness Radio, creating and educating on the top scientific research in Integrative Medicine, running a one of a kind Integrative Medicine Center in Belmar, NJ — spending as much time outdoors and with family and friends as possible.
