Our pregnancy consulting program allows you to create the roadmap for your ideal pregnancy and birth experience. The need and wants of the family is our first priority. The program intends to provide high-level education on nutrition, birthing classes, and birthing procedures. Our practitioners will help to expand your team of physicians and resources to have a supported pregnancy and a smooth birth.

While we don’t provide fertility treatments at IWG, our facility is able to provide testing and diagnostics to get to the root cause of your fertility challenges. Learn more about our Functional Medicine program.

IWG Diagnostic + Treatment


We listen carefully to your health history, dietary habits, medications, sleep patterns and your conception journey.

  • Nutritional Evaluation: A in depth look at your current diet and nutritional deficiencies.
  • Foundation Training Analysis:  Evaluating the muscular structure to reduce back pain with pregnancy.
  • Birth Plan: A map of your most perfect birth.
  • Birth goals and expectations: Laying out your wishes for your birth and your child.
  • Physical Examination: Evaluating your physical health during time of pregnancy.


Utilizing various techniques to address the entire body as a system, physically, chemically, and energetically leads to much better outcomes.

  • On-site Phlebotomist for convenient blood draws
  • Oligoscan for Heavy Metals: A method of testing that can determine heavy metal toxicity from dental work, environmental exposure, or food derived.
  • Oligoscan for Mineral Deficiencies: This technology can determine intracellular mineral abundance which is unable to be found through traditional blood work.


Many questions can arise during this exciting time, and a little more information is always helpful. IWG provides the most accurate,  in depth answers for your birth plan.

  • Chiropractic Services: Specific analysis, adjustments, ligament and soft tissue release to allow for a comfortable pelvis and comfortable baby.
  • Craniosacral Therapy:  A type of therapy that will improve the cerebrospinal fluid and blood flow around the brain to improve brain function.
  • Foundation Training: To support the proper biomechanics and muscular support of the pelvis, for labor, birth, and postnatal recovery.
  • Prenatal Supplements, Homeopathy, Recipes, and Dietary recommendations
  • Consulting: Referral network with other pregnancy practitioners, resources of books, shopping, food, baby products, lamaze classes, hypnobirthing, lactation, Bradley Method, hospital tour, birth preparation, what to pack in baby bag, contraction and labor consulting.

New families to families with multiple children can gain great benefits from this program model. Have you had previous birth experiences that you are looking to improve upon? Have you had a previous Cesarean birth and would like to attempt a VBAC? Anyone who wants an all encompassing experience including consults, in depth appointments, trusted resources, knowledge of home and hospital birth, preconception, perinatal and postnatal health, nutrition, physiology, therapies, exercises, all in a warm, inviting environment. Keeping the healthiest possible newborn’s outcome in mind, Dr. Kyle will guide you exactly in that direction.

How it works:


Dr. Kyle will spend an hour with you to listen carefully to your health history, your symptoms, dietary habits, medications, supplements, sleep patterns and your conception journey.  We will analyze your goals to make sure the appropriate route of treatment is selected.


Dr. Kyle will create a plan based on your timeline and your desired outcome. By understanding your wishes, he will incorporate any services and continued follow up consultations throughout your pregnancy to achieve your goals. IWG has several therapies and modalities in house which are safe to use during pregnancy to provide you with more in depth care if we find it to be necessary.


Dr. Kyle & team will provide continued support, resources, and referrals throughout your journey to provide you with the most comprehensive care model.


Specific Chiropractic care in conjunction with Craniosacral therapy and Foundation Training has provided superior pregnancy and birth outcomes. Each visit will be altered based on your specific needs on that day, always keeping your goals as the number one priority.


I am 41 and it's my first pregnancy. I came in with issues of sciatica and my sacrum was out, but with the help of Dr. Kyle, I'm sleeping better and have more energy.

FSA’s and HSA’s are accepted at IWG.

You are able to receive reimbursement with Out-of-Network coverage for visits at IWG.  The front desk will assist in the proper documentation maximize your reimbursement.

Most laboratory analysis will go through your insurance since we will use your in-network labs, such as Labcorp and Quest, for select testing.  Any necessary imaging, such as X-Ray, Ultrasound, MRIs, will also go through your insurance by using an imaging center that accepts your insurance.

IWG offers interest free payment plans for any services.

  • As a long distance patient, you can work with one of our Doctors remotely.  You will have an initial consultation via phone call or zoom conference with the Doctor.  Upon completion, we will do a DNA based health and nutritional evaluation utilizing a hair sample provided by you.  We will then provide a blood prescription to your in-network lab for a comprehensive blood analysis. If needed, we will send additional lab kits to your home for sampling [ie. stool sample, nasal swab}. After completion of the testing, our Doctor will review your lab results and provide a DNA Based dietary and supplement plan.  
  • There are certain treatments that can be provided as a distance patient.  If desired, the doctor will present a plan that would include in-house treatment that can be completed in Belmar, NJ over the course of one week.  We offer immersion weeks for a comprehensive healthcare treatment immersion. The details are below.
  • Our Immersion Week Package consists of one-two weeks, with treatment for six days out of the week.  Brain Health cases that are looking to utilize Neurofeedback are required to complete a minimum of 2 weeks since a standard protocol is 20 neurofeedback sessions.
  • The initial consultation will be completed via phone call or zoom conference one month prior to arrival.  At that time, the doctor will fax a script to your in-network lab for you to complete blood work prior to arriving to our facility.  
  • The first day will include an Autonomic Response Testing, Bioresonance Scanning, a Bioscan SRT, an Oligoscan for Heavy Metal/Mineral testing in the morning.  The afternoon will be a review of findings and the start your treatment protocol. Treatment will continue Tuesday through Friday. Treatment will be tailored to the patient according to their results.  We will have a focus on lymphatic therapies, emotional therapies, physical therapies, and neurological treatment.
  • We typically recommend a return trip for out-of-town patients within 2 to 3 months after their initial program.
