Customer Service Superstar
You’re an experienced, passionate, strategic professional with a growth mindset and a passion for Integrative Medicine, who’s committed to elevating the patient healthcare experience.
Your role will be work side by side with our existing sales team to take lead calls for potential new clients. You must have experience with sales and a desire to want to see people transform their health through the care at IWG. You will also assist in the scheduling of patients according to their custom personalized health plan. You will need a passion for learning, customer care, and customer compliance. You’ll have the opportunity to work side by side with the doctors of IWG by holding patients accountable in adhering to their health plan, assisting with supplement ordering, and other customer relations.
You’re an excellent communicator and relationship builder. You love meeting new people and building rapport. You love supporting people through their health journey. You love knowing that a patient is satisfied and supported. And you love all the things in between.
As part of our team, you’ll wear a lot of hats: communication of our services, sales. customer service, and patient advocate.

Your role will be to help us take our audience reach to the next level which, in turn, will inspire millions of people to take meaningful action in their lives. You’ll do this by going after new opportunities (both digital and offline), increasing performance of existing marketing initiatives, and booking high-profile guests for Integrative Wellness Radio and booking Dr. Nick and Nicole to be featured on other well-known Podcasts.
