Your role will be to help us take our patient experience and company culture to the next level which, in turn, will further evolve how healthcare is being done. You’ll do this by supporting new day to day operations, increasing patient satisfaction, maintaining productivity, and evolving the systems of IWG to function more efficiently.
You’re the type of person who takes action and isn’t afraid to get out there and make things happen. You’re an excellent communicator and relationship builder but are stern on making sure things are getting done on time and with care.

As part of our team, you’ll wear a lot of hats: front desk associate, financials, billing, and able to jump into other positions when needed. This is an evolving position and you’ll have the opportunity to help grow and shape our company — the only limit is your drive, commitment, and imagination.
This position will work on:
- Upholding the core values and mission of the company
- Performing daily front desk operations
- Keeping excellent electronic patient records
- Overseeing all the patient financials
You must be able to manage the preparation for all appointments, monitoring paperwork and lab work, strategize daily work flow, and follow-through on important tasks for patient satisfaction.
